Automate Help LLC ("Createhub," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it when you use Createhub (mobile app, desktop app, and websites at createhub.ai and automate.help).

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored hashed)
• Profile information: any optional details you add to your profile
• User Content: code, projects, files, AI prompts, and other content

you create or upload through the Service

• Communications: messages you send to our support team
• Payment information: handled by our payment processors (Stripe,

Google Play, Apple). We do not store credit card numbers ourselves.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks
• Device information: device type, operating system, app version,

unique device identifiers

• Log data: IP address, browser type, access times, referring URLs
• Crash and diagnostic data: error reports and performance metrics

Information from Voice Features

If you use voice features:

• Microphone audio is captured for speech-to-text transcription
• Audio may be processed locally on your device or sent to a third-party

AI provider (such as OpenAI Whisper) depending on the feature

• We do not retain audio recordings after transcription unless

explicitly disclosed

Information from Third Parties

If you sign in using a third-party service (such as Google), we receive basic profile information that you authorize that service to share.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service
• Process payments and subscriptions
• Send account-related communications
• Respond to support requests
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT use your User Content to train our own AI models without your express, separate consent. Third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) handle prompt data according to their own respective policies, and you should review those if relevant to your use of the Service.

3. Third-Party Services

We share information only with the following categories of third parties:

• AI processing: Anthropic and OpenAI receive prompt text and

related context to generate AI responses. They are governed by their own privacy policies.

• Payment processing: Stripe, Google Play, Apple
• Authentication: Firebase Authentication / Google
• Crash and analytics: Firebase Crashlytics (or Sentry)
• Cloud hosting: Google Cloud Platform / DigitalOcean
• Email delivery: as applicable for transactional emails

We require these providers to protect your information and use it only to perform their services for us.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We may share information only:

• With your consent
• With the third-party providers listed above, solely to operate the

Service

• In response to legal requests (subpoenas, court orders) when required
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Createhub, our users,

or others

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

(with continued protection of your information)

We may also preserve, review, and disclose account information, uploaded content, usage records, IP addresses, and other relevant information when we believe it is necessary to investigate violations of our Terms of Service, protect users, comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or report apparent illegal activity to appropriate authorities or organizations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, except as described below.

Upon account deletion, certain information may be retained for a reasonable additional period (typically up to 90 days for backups, or longer where required by law) for:

• Backup and disaster recovery purposes
• Legal, regulatory, or tax compliance obligations
• Fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or security incident review
• Resolution of disputes or enforcement of our Terms
• Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you

Information retained for these limited purposes is not used for ongoing Service operation or marketing.

6. Your Rights and Choices

All Users

• Access: request a copy of your data
• Correction: update inaccurate information
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt-out: unsubscribe from non-essential communications
• Data portability: export your User Content in a standard format

EU/EEA/UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Our legal bases for processing include: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), consent (where applicable), and compliance with legal obligations.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of "sales" of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, contact legal@automate.help and we will delete it promptly.

8. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure password storage, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

For EU/EEA/UK users, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses when transferring data.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and user preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality.

The Createhub mobile and desktop apps use platform-standard storage (such as local databases) to function. These do not involve web cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email when possible.
